How to Build Weekly Fitness Programs

Get started by choosing Programs in the App Builder and clicking on Build a Program. You have the option to create your program manually or let our AI builder lend a hand


Building Manually

  1. Start by giving your program a title and a short description (optional). Choose how many programming days per week you'll have.
  2. Upload an image for the program (you can always change it later).
  3. Click Save to launch the program builder.
  4. On the first day, click Add+. You can either add individual exercises or a pre-built workout. Search from the library or add a new one if needed.
  5. Enter sets, reps, intensity, and rest period for each exercise. Switch on client recording to allow users to send videos of themselves performing the exercise.
  6. Add custom fields or write on the notes for additional instructions.
  7. Mark the checkbox next to the exercise if you like to update, change, remove, or save it to a workout.
  8. Click the three vertical dots to rename, duplicate, or delete days or weeks. You can add an empty week by clicking Add Week.
  9. Enable Drip Feed if you want weeks to unlock only after completing the previous one. Toggle on Hide Overview Tile to hide the overview from the program.
  10. Click Done to save the program. You will be asked whether you’d like to publish it or save it in the library for now. You can also organize your programs by dragging them into folders.


Building with the AI Builder

  1. Upload a copy of your program in PNG, JPEG, spreadsheet, document, or PDF format. Simply drag the file into the builder or upload it from your computer.
  2. Add only one fitness program at a time, and make sure it clearly outlines the weeks, days, and exercises.
  3. Click Generate Program, and let our AI builder do the rest!
