How to Add Exercises to the Library
1. Go to Fitness Programs on the App Builder. Click on the Exercises tab, then select Add Exercise.

2. Enter the title, subtitle (optional), and instructions for your exercise. Choose how you’d like to track progress from the Exercise Type dropdown.

3. Turn on Unilateral Exercise if it is performed one side at a time.

4. Upload an instructional video from your computer or add a YouTube/Vimeo link. The display thumbnail will be generated automatically. Switch off Video Sound if you prefer the video to be muted.

5. You can also attach a PDF for additional references and add Alternatives if you have substitutes for this exercise.

7. Hit Save to add your exercise to the library.
